hazmat, vehicle safety, confined space, structure collapse, rapid

intervention team, propane, extrication school, a complete Fire 2 training course

are certificate I hold. I hold the National and state of Wyoming EMT license. Some of the responsibility we are responsible for are, extinguish residential, aircraft, structural, wild land and automobile fires, maintain supplies and materials on fire and rescue

apparatuses. Patrol burned areas to locate and eliminate hot spots. Presented

fire safety presentations to local schools. Completed continuing education

classes in firefighting, rescue and emergency services.

I am the Site supervisor for Palamerican security at the Simplot in Rock Springs Wyoming. This role includes EMT training and staffing, managing personnel, running time sheets, coordinating people into the plant and orientation for them, overseeing staffing for turnaround (shutdown), managing budget, keeping employees updated on training.

I was a production supervisor with Genesis alkali for the past 3 years. Daily duties are Lining crews out in the morning, a small safety talk in the morning, handling payroll for the crew, approving vacations, monthly safety meetings, audits on performance and quality of work, trouble shooting issues with the plant. The plant has 3 areas caustic, boilers, and mill. Reviewing the quality of the product we are sending to the silos is must in this position. Reason for wanting a move: I need to be closer to my family in Oregon IL.

as well as preheating tower. Assisting in operation of daily work in all areas listed.

Have shown interest in being a part of the safety committee. Recently promoted

to Control Room Operator in October 2015, where I controlled 13 computer screens

and 5 separate control panels to ensure the plant operates correctly. Promoted

to Production Supervisor as of January 2017. As a production supervisor I am
