The software platform is called "Quantum" and includes a LMS (Learning Management System) and CMS (Content Management System). ThinkLink is a website based application that will be cloud hosted. ThinkLink will be our users link to curriculum programs for science, ELA, and math along with educator professional development offerings that help them think, grow, and learn.

Daily & Monthly (QA & PROD) builds are prepared in the excel spreadsheet which helps the client to view the complete execution metrics for OS & Browsers at a glance and track them.

With the help of iParcel, J.Crew is managing all aspects of the international order life cycle, including multi-currency pricing and payment processing, landed-cost calculation, customs clearance and brokerage, global logistics orchestration, international fraud management and customer-experience parity

Contact Center application works like a Call Center for the customers in J.Crew. Tracking the Customer requests, creating customers & orders and tracking the order status.

1.2 MADEWELL
