I was a host at the busiest location. I would work the busiest days of the week as well. I do better when there is a line out the door. I was always the one taking care of the busy line. I am very good at dealing with angry customers as well. I would do everything from writing names down, seating customers at their table, and giving them menus. I would sometimes get drink orders. I would bus the tables all the time and do bathroom checks. I would even help take out all the time. I would always take the food to the cars in the drop off area.

Breezeway Farms

This was an internship where I lived with my boss. I started my mornings at 5 or 7 am, depending on the weather, to beat the heat. I would start my day by collecting the chicken eggs. Then I would start riding about 5 to 8 horses a day. They were all green or sale horses. I learned how to breed horses and how some horses are not meant to be a mother. I worked with fouls (young horses that have not been started). I helped them with their first baths and would lead them. I got the fouls used to humans with each walk. Humans have to teach the horses everything they know and I was their teacher.
