I work as a nurse rooming patients, vitals, go over medications, medication refills, pt medical history and documentation of anything else. I also Administrator Vaccines and shots that the doctor may order. also do call backs with pts results, medication refills, answer pt questions and respond with Dr notes through My Chart. My other responsibilities are to run a fully functional lab running and resulting CBC, Urinalysis, Drug Screens, Sed Rates, COVID Flu and strep swaps, A1C, Stool Cultures, drawing up Urine for Cultures, Hemoglobin, running a PCR machine, RSV and resulting these results.
