For over twenty plus years I have worked in various administration and accounting positions within the construction and commercial industry, each position with increasing levels of responsibility. I have been serving in the Mortgage Industry, in both Property Preservation and Code Compliance departments, working as a liaison between Mortgage Servicer, Preservation Company, Investors, scheduling vendors to meet deadlines, as well as, working closely with Code Compliance Officers throughout the United States to prevent violations, demo threats, Court Summons, fines from escalating.
