1992 – 1995 Oldelft Corporation, Production Manager. Responsible for overseeing all phases of production. Supervise all production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver manufactured products in a timely fashion. This included planning and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilizing the company’s productive capacity. Received and reviewed Sales Orders against current requirement, materials requirements, and work in process using planning reports. Supervised technicians maintaining the Navy’s most advanced computer controlled fully automatic weapons systems onboard naval vessels. Served 3 years as Instructor/Trainer of technicians at the Navy’s most advanced Weapons Systems Training facilities. Performed training in classroom and laboratory environments. Responsible for preparation, dissemination and evaluation of the curriculum, student performance, referral procedures, and test bank updates and analysis. As a technician, duties included corrective and preventative maintenance of 6 advanced weapons systems.
