Designed and launched Peloton’s core cart-checkout service on top of Commercetools, providing the integration layer for all checkout channels and reducing add-to-cart latency from ~4s to under 1s.

Launched the first migrated warranties checkout flow, generating $500K+ in the first two months and reducing latency from ~30s to under 5s.

Led migration of Peloton’s ecommerce catalog from the legacy CMS to Commercetools across regions and channels, defining data models, validation rules, and rollout constraints.

Designed and built a catalog migration service using jOOQ, Netflix DGS, and the Commercetools SDK to transform legacy CMS data and load it into the new platform.

Led frontend delivery of multiple checkout channels, including Extended Warranties and FaaS Rentals.

Led migration of commerce web flows from CRA to Next.js and enabled Contentful/Vercel Page Builder, reducing spin-up time for new checkout pages to ~10 minutes.

Owned observability for the Shop Platform and Checkout group, defining metrics and error frameworks with Prometheus, Micrometer, and OpenTelemetry integrated into Datadog, PagerDuty, and Sentry.

Built, owned, and evolved infrastructure for new Shop Platform and Checkout services using SRE-provided patterns for IAM, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Terraform IaC, and deployment.
