*Managed over $11M of essential IDIQ service contracts supporting key base services & missions

*Managed two separate $500K DOC contracts overseeing the overall maintenance and appearance around Andrews AFB

*Project Manager / QC for the construction of two 8,000 sq. ft. medical facilities at Camp Victory Iraq The $800k project was completed on schedule despite the austere environment and lack of materials

*Developed best value plans for funding, manpower, and materials needed to accomplish reimbursable alternations, relocations, construction projects, and determine what projects are accomplished through in-house work force versus what should be contracted out

*Scheduled all inspections and service calls; maintained inventory of building equipment; develop criteria for work procedures and provide the technical expertise for preparation of a statement of work when the need for contracting arises which is given to the Management Support Team.

Supervised 15 electricians charged with maintenance and repair of 495 facilities. Diagnosed malfunctions, and recommended repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment. Advised subordinates on problems installing and repairing electrical power distribution and special purpose electrical systems. Solved maintenance problems by studying layout drawings, wiring and schematic diagrams, and analyzing construction and operating characteristics.

Performed facility surveys. Surveyed proposed work to determine resource requirements. Prepared cost estimates for inhouse work force. Applied engineered performance standards to plan and estimate jobs.

*Led main base feeder install; replaced 10K ft of high voltage cable in two days; avoided $40K contract costs *Revamped problematic recurring work program reporting procedures; taught changes to personnel--met 90% completion goal rate the first month and 100% within the quarter

*Industrial safety advocate; advised section of local work hazards--resulted in zero mishaps throughout tenure
