Job Duties
My responsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day operations of my postal facilities with respect to monitoring, directing and planning workloads for over 20 employees on a daily basis. My job entailed hiring and firing and training employees on all levels of the postal service.
Further, I am skilled in contract negotiation and conflict resolution with unions. I was responsible for the external customer services with both commercial and retail customers. I have been in the postal service for almost 40 years; Fort Worth is my last assignment before retiring. I have been retired for 8 years and I am looking for a slow-paced position with which will give me fulfillment.
