Currently employed with a contractor working for NASA. I have excellent relationships with CoF (Construction of Facilities), NEMCON (Environmental), BOSS, SI, and Saint Johns River Water Management District and my NASA COR.

I initiate and supervise all facility and infrastructure construction and integration with NASA .

Throughout my career I have led staff to increase efficiencies and broaden the scope of responsibility.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Blue Beam, ACT by Sage, IBM/AS400 database, Smart Sheets, ASANA, and other project management software. I am very adaptable to software.

I also have a current ICC Class B Contractors License and have passed the ICC Residential and Commercial Contractors exam.

I have become a certified safety instructor for aerial equipment, forklifts and excavating equipment.

One project highlights include a digester plant that required high pressure piping and field fabricated valve assemblies. Once complete, the plant utilized manure and food waste to produce methane which in turn fueled a generator that fed the local electrical grid.

I have been the lead on projects that include steel mills, foundries, hospitals and universities.

I am familiar with the intricacies in working with NASA to initiate and complete construction of facilities and infrastructure.
