INTAKE SPECIALIST
Took calls in Spanish; putting into legal server deciding if clients were financially eligible to speak to an attorney.
RECEPTIONIST
As a receptionist for Hennelly Jacob Quinlan, took volumes of calls for the intake workers, at times interpreting for them and assisting with Medicaid claims. Typed high volumes of Medicaid claims for different hospitals. Scanned files, sorted mail and monthly reports.

Kept track of keys and autos at Central DuPage Hospital. Dispatched valets to send autos up front of hospital, insuring autos went to correct owners. Also assisted with finding autos or keys when lost; at times directed traffic when emergencies arose or different codes in hospital were active.
