• Providing technical support in data processing, analysis, and reporting year 8 – 13 to all secondary schools across Tonga.
• Provide administrative support services for internal and external assessments through data implementation and entry.
Core Functions:
• Coordinating all Form 6 (TFSC - year 12) internal assessments. o TFSC IA Programme (Record, deliver and follow up for approval). (Microsoft Word) o TFSC IA Mark Sheet (Record, filing and uploading to TEMMIS and PACSIM software).
o TFSC IA Samples (Record, dispatch to Moderator and record when returned).
• Prepare Exam Papers for all Level before the National Examination. o Pack exam papers for outer islands and Tongatapu. o Check exam papers before examination for every centre and exam paper in to EAU after every exam session.
o Prepare folders for supervisors before the examination.
