Rockport Healthcare Services: HR migration project (Sep 2023 – Current)

This Project is to do migrate Timekeeping products to UKG WFD products.

Activities include –

•Working with Vendors to plan and coordinate migrating data and configuration.

•Designing and validating new requirements like – Employment terms, Union/Non-Union org chart, New Position/Job codes which align with GL structure in finance, new union Accrual Policies etc.

•Working with Inbound and outbound teams to build Person Import and Payroll Export Interface.

•Playing a key role in designing CRT tables for inbound and outbound interfaces.

•Leading the effort to do Payroll Parallel testing.
