Sun Behavioral Health – Erlanger, KY Intake Therapist (2019–2026)

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, crisis response, and care coordination.

●Administers the Mental and Behavioral Health Level of Care Assessments including the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and the completion of the Broset Violence Checklist. Giving report on the assessed patient, to the appropriate unit.
