• Led the drivetrain subsystem for an all-terrain

BAJA vehicle, covering design, simulation, tuning, assembly, and vehicle integration using

SolidWorks, CATIA, and ANSYS.

• Performed varied analysis on components and

assemblies such as Static, Dynamic, CFD on Ansys

software.

• Final Year Project: Electromagnetic Damper for EV Suspension: Designed and analyzed a controllable

suspension damper to improve ride comfort and

vibration control in ATV vehicles.

• Led the Manufacturing Excellence national-level event for production-ready manufacturing of the complete BAJA ATV.

• Hands on experience of manufacturing processes such as welding, grinding, lathe machine.
