Dear Hiring Committee,
I am excited to apply for the Senior Regional Organizer position at Indivisible. I am deeply aligned with Indivisible’s mission to build a multiracial, inclusive democracy powered by grassroots leadership. With over five years of experience in electoral, legislative, and issue-based organizing, I have supported volunteers, coalition partners, and community leaders in translating political energy into strategic, people-centered action. I am eager to help Indivisible group leaders strengthen their teams, execute impactful calls-to-action, and build sustainable organizing infrastructure ahead of the 2026 election cycle.
In my current role as a Community Outreach Specialist with Bike/Walk Coalition, I lead community education and engagement efforts across Central Florida. I facilitate trainings and presentations for civic organizations, neighborhood associations, and community stakeholders while building partnerships with local agencies and advocacy partners. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate complex information in accessible ways, build trust across diverse communities, and support local leaders in advancing shared advocacy goals. Previously, as a Senior Program Assistant at the State Innovation Exchange, I coordinated multi-state advocacy partnerships supporting reproductive rights policy strategy. I managed project workflows, supported recruitment and engagement of state legislators and advocacy partners, and maintained tracking systems to support collaborative organizing efforts. As an Environmental Justice and Policy Organizer with Mi Familia Vota, I mobilized Latino communities across multiple counties, developed advocacy curriculum and messaging, and coordinated coalition partnerships to advance legislative and electoral campaigns. I also bring direct experience training and coaching volunteers. As an Orlando Regional Organizer with Florida Student Power Network, I recruited, trained, and supported fellows and volunteers while managing voter engagement programs, phone and text banking operations, and organizing data systems. I am comfortable supporting leaders in using digital organizing tools including EveryAction, VAN, and collaborative platforms such as Slack and Asana, and I am especially passionate about helping volunteer leaders build confidence and sustainable leadership pipelines.
Indivisible’s commitment to equity, shared leadership, and grassroots power strongly resonates with my organizing philosophy. I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and would be honored to support Indivisible’s Organizing Department during this critical moment for our democracy.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to Indivisible’s work.
Sincerely,
Suhan Rosario
