Thread dough through the Machine in order to form pasta

Check weight to make sure pasta has the proper weight and form

Check temperature of all pasta to make sure it is cooked properly

Receive recipe in order to produce cookies

Open boxes of butter to put into the recipe

Put the flour, salt, baking soda and sap into tubes to send to mixer

Add morsels to the mixer to make the chocolate chip cookies
