Achievements
• As the only PM for IT and the majority of the US side of the company; found gaps in process and communications, noticed high risk projects and areas that were in need of improvement and helped to create solution sets for our teams to improve the IT Department functionality, effectiveness and efficiency.
• This led to the creation of a Strategic Portfolio Management structure within IT, to include 3 Programs; with 4 direct reports and the creation of an Executive Program Management Report to be built out across all US Departments. This would be used for cross department communications, budgeting and proactive planning for other projects and acquisitions, with purposes of being standardized for other countries.
• Managed the store conversions and rollout for the acquisition of Kroger C-Stores Program; converting 763 stores, in 3 months, from Kroger systems to EG POS systems
(NCR) to include wireless setup and debit key injections at the pumps. Managed post conversion issues through remediation and closure.
• Asked to rescue residual software, loyalty and hardware projects within the Kroger C- Store Program for successful management and delivery post conversion; this would finalize our full removal from Kroger C-Store Programs.
