Worked with internal departments and an outside contractor to identify a way to forecast non-BOM materials to avoid stock outs and rolled out the new reporting to the other site buyers to utilize Production Scheduler

Implemented a customer recyclable packaging program to return our packaging supplies. Total savings in 2012 was $450,000. In 2013 it was $739,000 and in 2014 it was over $1,000,000.
