Achievements include oversight of significant construction projects and successful coordination with cross-functional teams for the design of a historically significant office-retail building remodel into high-end condominiums. Produced construction documents, and coordinated multi-discipline design and document production for a 22-story high-rise. $3M public park and planning project of 5K sq. ft. at $1.5M with a high-end retail, office, residential complex. Design and produced documents for various businesses such as Federal Express, Orchard Supply Hardware, and Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE). CAD, design, and construction documents for Quong Ming Temple, New Moscone Center and luxury home additions. While specifying doors and windows frames, and their corresponding hardware, for instance, I assembled and drafted construction details for such fixtures and coordinated with owner and contractor for implementation.
