Warehouse Supervisor
Manage the Shipping/ Receiving technicians and warehouse stock employees.
As the main destination for all brokered finished good from sister plants around the world, I manage breaking shipments into correct destination points. I also track and schedule delivery of Sea Containers from our broker.
Maintains integrity of all inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics processes related to receiving, storing, controlling, and shipping of packaging, MRO supplies, raw material, WIP, finished goods and recycled material.
Oversees the training and development of all assigned employees and maintains accurate training records.
Created and manage MRO pull system to optimize efficiency and cost reduction.
Actively participates in employee hiring process. Completes Performance Appraisals for assigned employees, also develops improvement plan if needed.
Ensures the team maintains compliance with established policies, procedures and applies disciplinary action as needed.
Completes all necessary paperwork and administrative work, including employee timesheets, schedules and Paid Time Off Approvals.
Leads, encourages, and promotes in the work environment improving processes and procedures that optimize material flows.

Manage all warehouse staff including but not limited to ADP payroll system and E-time/Paycor.
Manage material and Silo deliveries with our vendors.
Work with Material Manager by completing inventories on all incoming materials and components. Considering usage, scrap and lead time.
Audit all incoming and outgoing shipments. Resolve issues if any arise.
Manage each day’s priorities and daily tasks to optimize responsibilities.
Create spreadsheets to track and control the recycling programs.
Created a daily housekeeping routine to organize the warehouse.
Work with Program Managers and Quality staff to launch new programs ensuring all customer specific requirements are met.
Enter in all receivers into Parts + ERP system, which is directly put into Account Payables. Resolve any discrepancy’s if needed quickly.
Work with Quality Department to set their priorities on finished goods that need certification.
Send ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) to all customers and US Farathane plants.
Participate in the weekly U Safe program and 5S housekeeping programs.
Manage logistics (US, Canada and Mexico) for outgoing shipments for both normal production and expedite. Full Truck Load, LTL and Parcel.
Created training program for new hires to ensure proper training and tracking of all top items needed to be completed for new employees.
Manage internal audits and external audits with OEM’s and our internal Environmental team.
