Created a digital first culture, elevating social media engagement to 95%. Developed workflows to get content to mobile platforms. Recruited and trained multiple MMJs who moved directly to Top 50 markets after expiration of contract.

Grew ratings at CBS station to tie for #1 with long-time dominant ABC station. Developed and led station’s web site to #1.

Created an Investigative Team that consistently exposed local corruption including the arrest and conviction of a County Sheriff to 20 years in federal prison. Expanded the station’s number of News Bureaus to better serve viewers in remote communities. FEBRUARY 1999 – FEBRUARY 2002

Created a News Team for a new FOX station.

Hired staff and developed format for the market’s first primetime newscast. Grew ratings at FOX station to a respectable 4-rating. Developed and led station’s web site to #1.
