Per our discussion, the position is Call Center Representative and will be paid at a rate of $16.50 per hour, scheduled bi- weekly. You will accrue 5.23 hours of Vacation Time every pay period, you are eligible to use your accrued PTO after 90 days. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and some supplemental plans (Short term disability, life Insurance, etc.) Your starting date will be July 8th, 2024. Please come in at 8:30am for your first day and report to building 1, same as interview location, to complete the remaining new hire paperwork before we start your training. Please note that the dress code is Black scrubs & tennis shoes.
You should have received a separate email from *********@*********.*** where you will need to complete your new hire paperwork. After you have completed the paperwork, you will receive a second email from them to register for your benefits. Please also bring with you 2 forms of identification on your first day (I have attached a list of acceptable documentation. Either one item from list A or one item from list B & C) so that we can verify your 1-9. If these are not brought in, you will be asked to come back once you have them.
For background screening, you will receive an email from Crimcheck. This offer is contingent on successfully passing your background screening and drug test.
