Analyzed the responses that were sent and changes that were made for accuracy performing the Quality Control function. The Root Cause function was used to determine if there was a system issue, training issue, or an issue with the way we were reporting. Through this process I was able to identify the different ways the Credit Bureaus handle their reporting which was successful in reducing the number of changes being made to the customer’s credit.
