· Support direct staff on the day-to-day operations of the campus while maintaining professional collaboration and accurate service records.

· Consult with vendors on equipment, installation, and scheduling.

· Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel

· Complete task request in an effective and timely manner

· HVAC preventatives and repair maintenance, replacing circulation, pumps, bearing assemblies, motor mounts, seals, and motor couplings.
