I managed parts, and the vendors associated with those parts. Ordering, and monitoring the parts through transit to the Burlington Plant. This was done to avoid plant shut down. I worked to acquire Invoices, and make sure the customer was paid on time. I worked directly with the vendors to avoid issues, and work through any that arose. I ran daily reports that would be used throughout the plant for data during daily meetings. Worked on past due issues, ensuring the supplier got paid, avoiding stop ship issues.
