Please consider this letter as an offer of permanent full-time employment with Skyline Mechanical Systems in the role of Inside Service Sales Support. Based on our conversation we are pleased to offer a pay rate of $26.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities:
• Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare, organize, and submit accurate and competitive proposals.
• Order Tracking: Monitor orders from placement to fulfillment, providing timely updates to customers and sales teams.
• Delivery Coordination: Work with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule and confirm on-time deliveries.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain databases, ensuring accurate tracking of proposals, orders, and follow- ups.
• Sales & Operations Support: Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Utilize applicable sales tools and CRM’s to track and effectively develop sales opportunities
• Ability to establish customer rapport with effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide additional support as needed to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Skyline Mechanical provides employees with medical and dental plan coverage after successful completion of our 90- day probationary period and at that time we will provide the sign up forms for all appropriate employee benefits package.
Our employee handbook will explain the vacation time accrual and the paid Holiday schedule. We will evaluate performance and any possible pay scale increases after 1 year of employment.
