This memo is to request for approval to extend the casual contracts issued for the Berhale food distribution activity. Originally, the contract was for.a duration of eight (8) days. However, due to unforeseen delays, we were unable to complete the distribution within the planned timeframe. Therefore, we kindly request approval to extend the contracts of the same casual workers in the positions of Scooper, Crowd Controller, PSSNB and Cleaner for an additional half day, effective November L4,2025, to allow completion of the remaining distribution tasks.
