PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Culvers Restaurant 2011-2013 Crew Member
I was responsible for opening the store in the morning and getting everything ready for the day before any other crew member would arrive and did so without incident my time there. Handled either customer needs through drive-thru with professionalism and care or while dealing with customers face to face and never received reprimand for anything that would be conceived as inappropriate behavior to co-workers or customers. Tasked with the maintenance of the several machines in the store, I would disassemble and reassemble certain machines to get them back in working order in a satisfactory time frame.
Done Right Sanitation 2013-2014 Private Contractor In a Four person team we would be responsible for the cleaning and deep cleaning of specialty areas in Jewel-Osco locations around the Chicagoland area. After each and every job would be completed a store stamp would be required which acknowledged that the job was done efficiently and correctly according to store and company standards.
Team leader of three other co-workers, would walk through and secure all of their responsibilities to make sure that they were done correctly and would help fix whatever may have been needed.

Working two jobs during this time frame I have been tasked with cleaning domestic and commercial properties. Used different acidic and non-acidic chemicals without any problems reported. As well as different types of cleaning equipment. Tasked as a head trainer, I was responsible in the assistance and training of multiple employees on how to handle customers who have specific needs when it comes to their property as well as how to use certain chemicals properly to not damage their items. Received multiple Employee of the Month certifications and have received recognition on never calling out of work during this time line unless it was a circumstance out of my personal control.
