Copart will work with you as needed to pick up your vehicle from its pickup location (body shop, your residence, etc.). Your vehicle must be in Copart’s possession prior to receiving payment from your insurance company.

Paperwork

Enclosed you will find a Title Document Checklist listing the documents the state requires as well as instructions on how to fill out those documents.

- You will have a postage-paid shipping label to return the required paperwork to Copart.

- Once received by Copart, they will be reviewed for accuracy and completion with the state’s title transferring requirements.

Payment

When your vehicle and title transfer paperwork are in Copart’s possession, Copart will send notification to ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY so they can issue payment(s) to conclude processing of your total loss. ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY has provided you with your settlement. If you do not know your total loss settlement, please contact your adjuster at ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY .
