· Developed the Interagency Security Assessment (ISA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) used by the IRS and the FBI IAFIS in the establishment of the interface for DFP’s predecessor, Automated Electronic Fingerprinting (AEF).

· Advises on the use of eServices functionality to assist in the implementation of larger IRS initiatives related to new legislation, including the efforts to provide users the ability to apply to submit forms in support of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Partnership Bipartisan Budget Act (PBBA).

· Advises the Service on the viability and rationale behind implementing new application types such as Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), Filing Information Returns Electronically (FIRE), and Information Return Intake System (IRIS).

· Created relevant Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC) documentation for systems including engineering plans

(EP), System Deployment Plans (SDP), and Detailed Design Documents (DDD).
