Patient Centered Care for patients of all ages, genders and nationalities. Dedicated approach to healing by disease management of acute and chronic wounds with a focus on infection prevention. Creation of Plan of care that focuses on ways to heal wounds, like instruction on diet, prevention of infection, prevention geared toward the patient’s individual health status and choosing /ordering of appropriate DME. Wound treatments include debridement (mechanical/sharp/ autolytic), Use of wound vacs when needed. Collagen and Biologics, stem cell therapy/ grafts in alignment with Medi-care guidelines.
