Patient Centered Care for patients of all ages, genders and nationalities. Dedicated approach to healing by disease management of acute and chronic wounds with a focus on infection prevention. Creation of Plan of care that focuses on ways to heal wounds, like instruction on diet, prevention of infection, prevention geared toward the patient’s individual health status and choosing /ordering of appropriate DME. Wound treatments include debridement (mechanical/sharp/ autolytic), Use of wound vacs when needed. Collagen and Biologics, stem cell therapy/ grafts in alignment with Medi-care guidelines. Worked in variety of settings, including homes, skilled nursing, board and care and Telehealth. Collaborated with physicians and Case Managers as necessary. Prescribing Antibiotics as needed in conjunction with PCR/fungal swab results.

Primary Care /Hospice NP Student-One Mission Medical Group INC, Mission Hills Worked in a Family Practice clinic setting through residency with the owner Luis Origel NP who also owns a Home Health company in Lancaster. This allowed me to get experience from all Varieties of conditions. Disease management of Acute conditions on site in the clinic and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and in their own homes.
