Summary
Mr. Vanderhyde has experience in all aspects of proposal management for numerous Federal Government Agency programs. He has developed strong skills using Shipley and APMP proposal development processes.
Proposal Preparation has been my passion throughout my career. In this capacity, I have worked on well over a thousand new business opportunities, including FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, GSA, Task Orders, T&M, etc., since the Competition in Contracting Act was initiated. I have worked on all sizes of proposal efforts and set up then managed Proposal Operations for all size businesses using the Shipley and APMP processes or derivatives of them. I am focused on the use of AI in the proposal preparation process as it evolves and becomes an efficient Shipley based methodology.
