JOB DISCRIPTION:

- Monthly Reconciliation of bank Statements.

- Process bi-weekly payroll

- Process A/R and A/P, (collections and payment processing)

and Accounts Payable (check & ACH processing)

- Print checks for Accounts Payable

- Review and Record credit card statements and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

- Deposit checks.

- Prepare Bank Wire Transfer to all Supplier (Import/Export Transactions)

- Invoicing, Manage and organize receipts and other documents.

- Responsible for tracking charge back and payment deductions,

and classify these accordingly

- Upkeep quarterly and annual taxes (e.g. City taxes, FTB, BOE license renewals, etc)

- Prepare year-end tax planning

- Receive and track packages received in the mail

- Multi-task with Administrative duties and Upkeep Bookkeeping records effectively in a fast-paced environment . And a sense of urgency, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently with less supervision and remain results focused.

- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with all customers, co-workers, and vendors.

COMPUTER LITERATE:

Strong computer skills

Knowledge in QuickBooks, MS Office WINDOWS 360 - Word, EXCEL, POWER POINT, MS OFFICE,

PhotoShop

Website Update and Uploading new products using, Shopify, Wix, WordPress Platform.

Experienced Jewelry Photography (Wrist Watches) and Editing using (Photoshop).
