Duties
Ensure all the problem parcels are dexed by UTL Agents with the correct code every morning
Organize problem parcels for same account in one cage to make it easy working with.
Make sure problem parcels for a day are resolved, that is to call the customers for correct address, Company name and either call the clients for customer’s details.
Transfer manifest all the resolved parcels to operation for delivery
Keep aside those that we did not find the customer to be dealt with the next day
Run domestic age analysis to check if we don’t have missing parcel or parcel that had miss scan, if any go look for them, when found then updates the system by scanning the correct dex for the shipment.
Call the drivers for FDX1 Southern RX urgent deliveries for PODs to update the system and capture them.
Always make sure all the parcels that did not go out for delivery are scanned stat 44 at the end of the day
