I am an oriented professional and highly eager to apply in Customer Service. I recently enrolled at Beckfield College-Tri County Campus, where I majored in Paralegal Studies. My responsibilities were to maintain high functional and low functional clients. I worked at a home that had a placement total of four clients. Three out of four were high functional and one out of four was low function. (Meaning mobility and non-mobility). My description was to make sure I attend to each client's needs such as, preparing meals, feeding, bathing, Setting daily events, some outings, meditation disbursement, and recording daily activities etc.

My responsibilities was to manage product and sales and appointment settings making sure I'm completing outgoing and incoming calls. Giving the proper advice to the customer as needed. If there was a technical issue that was out of my reach I would then send the caller to technical support. I was trained to try and navigate the callers issue in the event that the issue was out of my control I would send the caller to technical support and or whatever option as needed. I would speak with the client on redeeming their funds back from the bank. If the client agrees to allow our company to represent them in retrieving all monies owed to the client then I would schedule a time and date for the notary to go out to their home to sign all paperwork for our company to proceed.
