Hire and build a team of 20 warehouse employees along with managing their productivity.

·Apply lean manufacturing principles in the daily operations of a Quality Control Business Unit which operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

·Set and maintain budgets, manage personnel, schedule production, set goals and measure KPI to related progress

·Plan and implement process improvements to achieve an overall increase in production volume.

·Assist with Kaizen events within production area for the improvements to the method and means of the production

·Preform department audits weekly for safety and quality

Results: Under my leadership the department grew by 40 percent and was consistently producing record levels of production with a 15 percent decrease in overtime.
