I have joined a few clubs to help the community in my neighborhood and to build up my social skills, which would open plenty opportunities for me. I have been in bsu club, in my high school since sophomore year. I learned about it through my friend who is the club vice-president currently, we plan many events to represent African-Americans from plenty of cultures to show representation for them. we also volunteer at nursing homes and etc. As a former member of the club we try our best to help our black students at Hubbard high school feel seen and feel as if it is a safe space for them to learn and grow.

I was attending modeling school, taking many classes that have improved my skills at a very young age which made me the person that I am today. I gained a sufficient amount of confidence, group working experiences, and public speaking skills. Which I am truly grateful for. Having such a big opportunity at the age I was at the time and school on the weekdays proved that I am responsible, reliable and capable of multi-tasking when it is necessary.
