Visit several clinics to conduct a range of ultrasound examinations Manage shifts and maintain communication with the owner, practicing physicians, and radiologists
Deliver sonograms along with an oral or written summary of technical findings to the physician for medical diagnosis. Prepare the patient for the examination by explaining the procedure, transferring them to the ultrasound table, cleaning the skin, applying gel, and positioning them appropriately. Gather and document accurate patient history, including previous test results or information from physical examinations. Clean, inspect, and maintain sonographic equipment, submitting maintenance requests or performing minor repairs as needed. Assist walk-in customers by taking orders or selling items directly on the sales floor
Process all online orders and ensure they are dispatched to the appropriate flower shops
Handle phone calls, take phone orders, and coordinate deliveries Open and close the shop daily
Support bookkeeping activities
Manage the ordering of supplies
Provide assistance to designers as required
Clean and uphold the shop's overall appearance
