Underwent an intensive induction training program for three months which included the on job training program with plant visits and trainings throughout the plant.

Increasing Fe yield (82%), increase heat, control refractory consumption with foamy slag by modern CO-Jet nozzles of 3no. lancers with o2 of flow rate 1575Nm3/hr.
