Drove multiple T-Mobile business application teams through key cross platform projects from requirements through design and into test/delivery.
Led application teams through delivery of a 2-year effort to provide promotions and trade-in functionality for the company’s Business segment to make them on par with other wireless companies. Applications included ordering systems, cart/checkout systems and order history management. Sales increases cannot be noted for confidentiality reasons.
Led application teams in delivery of key company initiative to remove promotions to customers who either pay off their wireless devices early or cancel their service before the end of the term period. Applications included front-end ordering and account management systems. Cost savings to the company cannot be noted for confidentiality reasons.
Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira. Created Excel/Jira automation tool that allowed for real-time review of defects created and ongoing updates to those defects with Jira without the need to log into the bug management system. Reduced the notification of new defects from hours to minutes to key personnel.

Drove multiple platform matrix projects from requirements through design and into test/delivery which included infrastructure deployment, 3rd party software upgrades and code modernization.
Lead PM for major infrastructure change that included over 1200 servers to be migrated out of a legacy data center to a strategic center. Project included over 100 developers, infrastructure resources, testers, and application project managers along with interfacing applications.
Lead PM for 40+ server code and application modernization. Modernization included but was not limited to DB upgrades, code optimization, and upgrade of non-compliant O/S and 3rd party software.

Drove multiple Waterfall and Agile software projects to completion. Led Release Management team to deliver over 125 projects that impacted over 40 billing applications. Deployed almost 200 code impacts over 90 projects.

Senior Project Manager
As a Lead Project Manager, I have led over 100 complex projects dealing primarily, but not exclusively, with enterprise billing and ordering. Negotiated timelines, resolved conflicts, and escalated when necessary. Raised and managed jeopardies. Gathered business and operational requirements, working with Client and Business team. Worked with Client and management to define budgets and performed monthly reviews to ensure project run rates were in line with forecasted budgets.
As a Release Manager, I led Release Management team to deliver almost 650 projects that impacted over 100 billing applications. Deployed almost 850 code impacts for 375 projects.
Led $1.8M project to automate the application of wireless discounts and promotions across multiple front-end applications. Reduced revenue leakage with an expected savings of $5.1M annually.
Led multi-phased project to allow small business customers to use their personal tax ID in lieu of their business tax ID to obtain wireless service without a deposit. Reduced the loss of small business customers by 50% and the there was an expected revenue increase of $200K along with the ability to market new products to this segment.
Refined the release management process to reduce process errors to zero. Error reduction saved approximately 10 hours per monthly release.
Automated the manual review of projects and applications in monthly releases saving approximately four business days per release.
