Information Technology Specialist (Customer Help Desk Support)

As an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist, I managed telephone IT customer support. I troubleshot and resolved end user’s hardware and software issues. I had above baseline access to the COE site and routinely downloaded and installed requested software if all the approvals were in order.
