Led the end-to-end implementation and migration to Oracle Redwood across multiple HCM modules, overseeing requirements, design, security, development, unit/functional testing, and production rollout for a multi-phase global program. Managed cross-functional teams, coordinated with business SMEs across multiple countries, and ensured successful enablement of modern Redwood experiences, VBS extensions, Document of Records, new ORC pages, Spotlight, and GEMS branding.

Release 1 – Global Absences, Talent & Compensation (Redwood, VBS, DOR Enablement)
• Directed requirement gathering, security setup, Redwood enablement, VBS extension design, and DOR migration for ESS/MSS/HR.

• Global Absences: Delivered redesign of Absence Balance, Add Absence, Existing Absences; coordinated testing across 3 countries.
