CAREER SUMMARY
My first foray into customer service was with my first job as a paperboy while in elementary school and living in Lincoln, Nebraska. My position taught me about quality, accountability, responsibility and being personable with my customers. It taught me how to collect payments from my customers as well. My second foray into the customer service area was as a head line-cook and kitchen manager at a restaurant in Nebraska. I was expected to deal with customers, wait staff and held more responsibilities. I was able to take what I learned from my first job and apply it directly to my restaurant position.
My longest tenure regarding my work history was held as a Maintenance Engineer in the local hotel & casino industry, which consisted of 21 plus years of experience. The position consisted of all services as a maintenance engineer. The position held meant conferring with all levels of management, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, property security to internal and external hotel guests to assess and address any and all safety repair issues. This included documentation of all actions taken aa follow-up if necessary, parts and supplies used or needed for said repairs including costs when requested. There were daily inspections of property facilities in its entirety including but not limited to the hotel rooms, casino floor, restaurants, main cage, public restrooms and entertainment venue. Also, I had to learn how to operate a forklift, scissor lift, powered/manual pallet jack, various power and hand held tools and fabrication of customer repair implements for application when necessary.

21 plus years of customer service experience in the local hotel & casino industry. I possess the integrity, compassion, responsible and excellent attendance qualifications, flexibility and can adapt to whatever situation is required. I have the ability to learn and quickly adapt to new computer technology and information given.
