INTRODUCTION

You won’t find anyone that can match my forklift operator skills. My skill in operating forklifts exceed 98% of operators out there and I have been considered a master operator by many and that is what made me desired by most to train others on forklifts as my skills are unmatched. In addition, I have years of experience in inventory control and other warehouse duties. I also have a Class A CDL on manual transmission with tanker endorsement.

EXPERIENCE

Interfor Saw Mill DeQuincy (8/25/2025 – 10-17-2025

Started off working as Utility, doing clean up and clearing jam ups on various stations on saw mil line. Operated various pieces of mobile equipment, Forklifts, Bucket Loaders, Skid Steers. Promoted to level 4 position as a 36K Forklift operator in the Green yard.

Laid off due to a mass company layoff October 17th 2025.

JRTC OPS Group S-4, WG 6 Material Handler (5/08/2022 – 6/01/2024)

Handled the day-to-day operations of the S4 warehouse. Material identification for items for turn-in to DLA Disposition Services Red River. Received and Issue of supplies.

Routinely Transported loads of accountable property roughly 230 miles to DLA Disposition Services Red River for turn in using a large box truck with air brakes. Averaged 25,000 to 35,000 lbs. Per load, most times, putting it in Class A CDL category.

Skilled in operating forklifts, hand trucks and other material handling equipment. Considered to be a Master Warehouse forklift operator. Operated forklifts capable of lifting 2,000 to 4,000 pounds to move supplies. Experienced in loading and unloading methods to prevent damage during transport and to expedite unloading. Trainer for new forklift operators.

Received incoming shipments. Complied with governing directions in respect to storage. Stored incoming shipments in a holding area until items are processed for storage or turn-in to DLA Disposition Services Red River. Check stock identification lists to ensure the selection and assembly of proper items for issue.

Analyzed the warehouse operation. Used critical thinking, analyzed warehouse operations by tracking inventory levels as well as the storage layout. Made recommendations for changes which more than doubled storage capacity of the warehouse at minimal cost. Analyzed the truck loading procedures recommending changes that allowed for increased efficiently.

Performed common Materials Handler duties. Operated forklifts capable of lifting 2,000 to 6,000 pounds as high as 168 inches or more to move supplies. In addition, operated forklifts and articulating bucket loaders capable of lifting 10,000 to 15,000 pounds to load large items and vehicles. Loaded Flatbeds and 53 ft enclosed trailers. Skilled in operating forklifts, hand trucks and other material handling equipment and loading and unloading methods to prevent damage during transport and to expedite unloading.

Site safety monitor. Ensured that monthly safety meetings are held and documented. Competed regular safety inspections of all warehouses, offices and outside storage areas to include all MHE and equipment to detect hazardous operations and recommending proper safety measures to eliminate or minimize the possibility of injuries to personnel. Corrected and found solutions to any deficiencies found during inspections. Ensured all safety regulations are being followed and all safety programs are documented. Tracked all licenses and certifications of employees to ensure they are correct and up to date. Investigated accidents or near misses involving personnel or damage to property.

Served as a Contracting Representative for individual service contracts. Monitored the new STS sales contract with Iron Planet and the Range Residue contract with Louisiana Scrap. Monitored previous contracts CV5L and CV4R with Iron planet during 2019 and 2020 and the CV4L contract with Government Liquidation during 2018. Command Fitness Leader (CFL): Conducts a safe and effective physical readiness program (PRP) (both afloat and ashore). Job tasks include but are not limited to: basic exercise physiology and programming (i.e., command physical training and fitness enhancement program), official physical fitness assessment administration, nutrition, weight management, as well as PRP policies and administrative responsibilities (record management, administrative separation, medical waiver, etc.).
