Unique Achievements in this role
Assisted in the new center opening of Kent Washington. Start up includes creating a business plan for the first two years of operation, hiring and training all new technical and medical staff, ordering all necessary equipment and supplies, securing professionals and contracts for the needs of the building.
During the DMS NextGen software roll out, I physically and remotely assisted Colorado centers with rollout and virtually assisted the other 116 centers across the nation. This included identifying issues, finding workarounds, communicating with IT and corporate directors, to provide the most flawless transition for our doctors, managers, quality department, training coordinators and technical staff. This software rollout included a complete renovation to daily operations.
Strong quality background having worked closely with a variety of Quality Managers. Utilizing critical thinking and open communication lead to each business fostering a strong Quality and Operations relationship, therefore successfully achieving quality and operations targets. This included Assisting with trackwise records (deviations from normal processes that could affect medical products), identifying trends, and developing CAPAs (corrective action plans) .
