Position: Quality Control Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess incoming plastic waste raw material for quality, type, contamination and ascertain whether they meet the required specifications for processing.

• Perform lab tests for the recycled plastic flakes and pellets for quality parameters such as MFR value, polymer type, color and label contamination, metal content, moisture content, density and cleanliness

• Monitoring 5S in the manufacturing section and conducting in-process inspections in the processing lines to detect defects and prevent non-conformance.

• Operate, maintain and calibrate quality testing equipment in the lab such as FTIR, MFR Indexer, Laboratory Oven, Color Spectrophotometer etc.
