March 2017 - Present

I starting this job as a packer grabbing parts off the table and putting them into their correct containers. I moved up to operator working with the extruders and dissembling the head. Then I moved up to a line lead making sure the line was changed over correctly in 15 minutes. Moving material and machines from one place to another. From there I went on to be a lead tech helping the lines start up and also helping them with problems that they encountered during the run. I also check the parts and inspected them to ensure they were up to quality standards.

I would unload trucks and put the containers into the correct locations. I would also pick up containers with parts in them and put them away into the correct location. I also went outside/inside and grabbed containers with parts in them to bring them to the line.

I placed parts on to the mold and marked the correct locations of where the bead would end. I moved to taking these big pieces of molded bead and put them through a machine that weighed them and also measured them. I went from there to a department called resins. There I would become a operator learning to make bead from its raw form, putting in numbers to come up with the correct formula to create the bead. I also unloaded trucks with bead and sent them to our holding bags. Wrote the information on the board and weighed the material also for its density. Forklift driver, Kirchoff
