SUPPLY & EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT OFFICER, 2012-present

As the Center's Supply & Equipment Management Officer, I provide functional management, leadership, and necessary resources to ensure the implementation of an effective equipment management program; provide oversight to equipment personnel performing assigned functions to ensure operations are aligned with NASA procedural requirements, by prescribing appropriate guidelines for equipment use. Establishes policies and procedures to execute appropriate equipment controls; I'm tasked with overseeing the maintenance operations of the NASA Plant Property & Equipment System, which interfaces with systems, applications and products (SAP), the Asset Accounting Master Records (AMR), the disposal component (DSPL) and Business Warehouse (BW). In my current position I serve as the government Technical Representative for the division's service contract ensuring that all stated objectives and deliverables within the Statement of work (SOW) are met by monitoring and reporting performance standards to division management monthly. Trained in contract management. Develop and maintain a document archiving system to ensure that an adequate audit trail is kept for Agency-controlled equipment. Responsible for overseeing and implementing an effective end-to-end center-wide reutilization and disposal program in accordance with NASA Procedural Requirements 4300.1, NASA Personal Property Disposal Procedural Requirements. I consult with onsite contractors and customers across the center serving as a conduit for guidance out of Headquarters.
