Customer Service Specialist with Call Center Experience

Have been employed at The Home Depot as Sales Associate for past nine(9) years. In this role I have provided excellent customer service to customers in a retail setting. One year experience in a call center handling incoming calls from customers seeking tech help, bill payments and adjustments in accounts and services.
